Systems that carry signal.

DarkCom Enterprises builds the layers other software depends on — agent identity and audit for AI, automation that removes the manual step, voice agents that answer every call, and the products on top of all of it.

AI Infrastructure

Your agents have credentials. Do they have accountability?

Autonomous systems are being handed production access with no identity model, no scoped authorization, and no durable record of what they did with it. We build the control plane that closes that gap.

  • Works with the models and frameworks you already run
  • Self-hosted deployment for regulated and air-gapped environments
  • Evidence mapped to NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act obligations
  • Revocation that propagates in seconds, not on the next token refresh

Tool-call path

  1. Agent presents identity

A short-lived, attributable credential — not a shared API key sitting in an env file.

  2. Policy evaluates the call

Tool, data class, spend, and time window are checked at the call boundary, before execution.

  3. Action executes or escalates

Allowed calls run. High-blast-radius calls route to a human with the context attached.

  4. Record is sealed

Prompt, decision, rule, and result are hash-chained into an append-only, exportable trail.

Authorization adds single-digit milliseconds on the call path. Audit writes are asynchronous and never block execution.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend

Every one of these exists because ignoring it cost us something on a previous build.

Measured, not declared

Every performance number we publish comes from a wall-clock measurement of the real path. A system that reports its own configuration back to you is reporting a setting.

Boring technology on purpose

Well-supported beats clever. The novelty budget goes into the problem, not the stack — because someone has to run this in eighteen months.

Root cause, not symptom

A patch that makes the error message disappear is not a fix. We find the mechanism first, then decide what to change.

Built to be handed over

Documented, runnable locally, deployed from your repo into your accounts. Every engagement is designed to end with your team self-sufficient.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Pick the shape that matches how settled the problem is. If none of them fit, say so on the brief and we will propose something that does.

A defined deliverable, a fixed scope

Scoped Build

Discovery, a written technical plan, then implementation against it. Best when you know what you need built and want a firm boundary around it.

  • Written scope and acceptance criteria
  • Milestone delivery
  • Handover documentation

Senior capacity, by the month

Embedded Engineering

We join your team, work in your repos, and ship in your process. Best for ongoing product work or when the roadmap is still moving.

  • Monthly retained capacity
  • Works inside your stack
  • Scale up or down each cycle

A short, sharp look at what you have

Technical Assessment

A focused review of an existing system — architecture, performance, security, or AI governance readiness — delivered as a written report with ranked, actionable findings.

  • Two-week turnaround
  • Ranked findings with effort estimates
  • No obligation to continue

Not sure which one you need? Send the problem, not the solution — scoping it is part of the first conversation.

Questions

Answered plainly

The things people actually ask before they send a brief.

The four sit on one substrate. Agent infrastructure, workflow automation, and voice agents are the same problem seen from different angles — integrating systems that were never introduced, then being able to prove what happened. Full-stack engineering is what builds and ships the result. One standard, one review process, one codebase of internal tooling.
