Division 01
AI Agent Infrastructure
Agents are being handed production credentials with no identity model, no scoped authorization, and no record of what they did. We build the layer that fixes that: every agent gets a verifiable identity, every action is authorized against policy before it executes, and every decision leaves a portable, tamper-evident trail.
What changes
Identity, not shared secrets
Each agent — and each delegation of authority to a sub-agent — carries a short-lived, attributable credential. When something goes wrong, you know which agent, acting for which principal, under which grant.
Authorization before execution
Policy is evaluated at the tool-call boundary, not reviewed after the fact. Scope agents to specific tools, data classes, spend limits, and time windows. Denials are logged with the rule that produced them.
An audit trail that survives the vendor
Prompts, tool calls, approvals, and outputs are hash-chained and exportable in an open format. It stays readable if you change model providers, orchestration frameworks, or cloud — which is the entire point of calling it portable.
Compliance as a byproduct
Governance frameworks keep asking the same questions: what can this system do, who approved it, and can you prove it. Instrument once and answer all three from the record you already have.
What you get
Concrete deliverables
- Agent identity registry with per-agent credentials and lifecycle control
- Policy-based authorization gate evaluated before any tool call executes
- Append-only, tamper-evident audit trail — portable and exportable
- Human-in-the-loop approval routing for high-blast-radius actions
- Kill switch and credential revocation that propagates in seconds
- Evidence packs mapped to NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act obligations
Technical surface
Have a stack constraint we have not listed? Say so on the brief — most of this work is integration, and the constraint usually shapes the design more than the preference does.
Questions
Before you ask
No. It sits between them. Your agents keep calling whatever models and frameworks you already use — the control plane governs identity, authorization, and the record.
